I drink my bourbon neat.

So, yes I was skeptical.

Met a Boston work colleague in New Orleans.

We ended up at Bourbon House on Bourbon street.

A classy restaurant in a less than classy part of the city.

He was telling me about this drink called the root of all evil that he and his brothers were enjoying in Boston. So I jokingly ask the waiter if they had such a thing. He responded absolutely can I bring you one?

I’ll try anything twice.

A friend of mine told me about a drink called a “dreamsicle”. It’s basically 50/50 whipped rum and orange coke. Tastes just like the old dreamsicle popsicles. Then she made me one with root beer that tasted like a root beer float.
