My wife is making her enchiladas for dinner. Here’s a teaser of what she’s doing. homemade enchilada sauce some ground beef and some spicy Spanish rice. I’ll post some enchiladas as she rolls them.

Chile powder, garlic salt, onion powder, salt,pepper and flower and water to thicken the sauce. Once the sauce thickens add water to make it a little runny to poor over you enchiladas. I’m not sure on how many teaspoons of ingredients she used. I’ve never seen here use a teaspoon to measure her ingredients.
