Covert HQ request

I’ve requested HQ photos but I’m not getting any to show up? What’s the trick?

Mine worked as long as I requested 1 at a time and waited for it to download before requesting another. A few weeks ago, I requested a few all at once, and it froze things up so bad that it quit taking new pics. I called Covert, and they said I'd need to restart the camera to get it cleared out after deleting the photos that I requested HD in the app. I've deleted those photos, and that allowed the camera to start taking pics again. But I haven't been to the lease to restart the camera since then, and I still can't get an HD pic.

I think you have to also get out of the photo album and open back up or close the app

I’ve closed the app even went in through the website to look all just say HQ waiting
