I am looking for a ladder stand to hunt out of this year. I plan to put it up next weekend I just can not decide what to buy. I would like to stay under $300 if possible.

That's easy. Academy has their game winner with built in seating , twenty foot Max for under 200. Use them love them and price. -

If you are willing to spend $330, the millennium ladder stands are hands down better than any of the cheap ladder stands. None match the all day comfort of the millennium seat or its durability. I can also tell you that a lot of these new ladder stands are a royal pain in the butt to assemble.

I have been using the Academy brand ladder stands for years without issue. I have one that has been on the same tree for about six years and another approaching 14 years. Both are still in good shape and have actually grown into the tree. For the price I paid, you can't beat that.Comment
