Killed a bunch of bucks over the years. Never had one mounted since I see them and does daily. The buck of my life time was the first spike I killed, with my Dad helping, was probably in about 1960. I will never forget the thrill! Dad told me to quit hollering. I was running all the deer off. This was in Mills county and you might see one are two deer per day. No corn feeders etc. Sat on trails are hill tops. No blinds etc! Also no does allowed. I think in the next few years a few land owners started getting a few doe tags.Last edited by doghouse; 09-19-2019, 06:40 PM.
