Everything is going better than expected. We had out last surgery yesterday and are now on the road to recovery and rehab. Up to Canny’s body to tell him what to do to heal fully. Thank you for all the prayers we are truly blessed and God’s mercy and grace were definitely given that day.

Im typing this while laying flat in a hospital room. Yesterday my wife and I were making a trip from Lufkin to Conroe. We were in 2 vehicles, she and our 2 yr old in her suv. I was in my truck. We were in 59S just south of the trinity river when a car crossed over the median and hit me head on at 75mph, i was in front of my wife. I hit the car head on and it spun around and the other car caught my wifes car. She and my daughter are just fine, shaken up a bit. However the L3 vertebrae in my lower back is non existent. I have a broken left foot and a broken clavicle. I go in for surgery tomorrow to fix my back. I ask for everyone to keep me and my family in your prayers as its going to be a long road to recovery.

Thank you, we are actually heading home now. It’s been 3 weeks to the day and I am very much ready to be I’m my own home.

Healing progress is going good. Ortho doc told me I can start walking on my left foot (the one that was broken) should be less than a week and I will be off crutches per the PT doc and Ortho.
