Need a realtor around Brenham/Hempstead

I need to find a GOOD realtor that knows land and homes outside of town and in town. Not big acreage. New to the area and need some help!

Do yourself a favor and look in the Bellville area as well. We've been very happy with the community and school district! You may try southern land district. It's a group of lady realtors that seems to be doing very well. I also see a ton of signs for Monk real estate. Hope this helps and good luck.

I’d recommend Samantha Medve. She’s a family friend and deals with acreage. She actually helped my parents recently purchase some property in Anderson. Let me know if you would like her contact info. She is out of Washington,TX but services all surrounding counties.
