    Switchback XT Centershot

My XT was shooting great, and I believe this is why there's a lot of wisdom on the saying "If it ain't broken, don't fix it!".

I paper tunned it and found out with a gage wire that my arrow was very offset to the left (RH). I aligned it to the string but now my sights are so much IN (to the right) that I can't see the whole housing circle on my peep sight, part of it is directly behind the raiser. What's the horizontal centershot on these bows? Is it the red line along the grip?

Center shot will end up somewhere around 11/16 from riser to center of shaft.

Thanks Rocky, is this a general rule or is it specific to the XT?

Mathews reccomended center-shot starting point is 3/4 to 13/16, but I've found the final resting place on alot of their bows is closer to 11/16.
This is just from my experiance, but if there is an issue with the bow,(leaning cam), it could be different.

Don't for get string twists can off set that cam.
For the most part its just to the right on the center line.
Most arrows will be spined differnt too. Thats a whole nother part of arrow tuning. You might get one arrow shooting great wholes then pick up anouther arrow and its off. Just rotate the nock intill it flys straight. Then your nock vane will be off. Then you can refletch all your arrows. Confused I'am.LOL

Haha.. I really enjoyed that last post.
I received answer from Mathews that same day, they said 3/4 also.
            Thanks both!
