There’s lots of oak, pecan, & mesquite trees all around me on the ranches. But I no longer have a smoker. Probably don’t need a trailer type. I’d like to smoke some briskets and other stuff. There’s no extra time right now for me to build one in the shop. Does anyone know of a decent smoker for sale besides those at Academy or other stores? I’m hoping to find a nice shop built smoker locally or within a reasonable distance from Montague County. Havnt had time to look around much in the closest towns. Too much crop land and cattle to deal with right now. Looks like part of tomorrow I’ll be busy in Oklahoma.
