I had two guys on my lease with time shares and both had to hire someone to sue to get them out of the deal, both were very bitter about not listening to advise about time share horrors, get a professional to snip it

Man, going through this now with my MIL. FIL was all about this dang timeshare. I contacted the timeshare company directly, told them my FIL died earlier this year and MIL would not continue with the TS. They have been relatively helpful in the process of deeding it back. In-laws have dumped a ton of money into it and just stopping the bleeding is our goal. Perhaps contact the TS directly and see if they will assist.
