    encounterted this on my way home.

    look what i encountered on my way home this afternoon. i live in porter in the forest colony sd, and while driving the new road that comes in to the back of the neighborhood much to my surprise this is what i found. all i can say is some people **** me off. i understand that hitting deer with you car happens but is this really necessary. yes i did call it in.

        I can't condone it b/c it's against the law...but on an ethical/moral standpoint I can't really argue against it as long as it was an accident...

            It is illegal to do that but maybe........just maybe........the family is in dire straits! I actually doubt it but you just don't know with some folks.

                if they needed the meat that bad they should have been better off taking the whole deer. then we would not have these pictures...

                      you know. i most likely would not have stopped if it were a doe or the back strap had not been cut out. i picked up his head and he had just dropped his right side cause it was bloody where the antler was and it was nowhere around.
