Need Help Finding Worship Leader

I am currently serving on a committee for our Church searching for a paid Worship Leader in a part-time role.

I am asking for the brethren of tbh for leads, contacts, etc.

Also, if your Church has online recordings I would love to see what other are doing as well. Please post a link!
