I’m a new Covert user. I asked for a High Quality photo about 20 minutes ago and it still says HQ downloading to website. How long does this normally take?

Mine are in Mexico. Doesn’t take too long usually but depends on signal. Sometimes it takes a few minutes though

Change it to real time and they will get right.

Ok. Exactly what does real time do? Do I get charged extra for real time photos like with HQ? I know it’s only $0.03, but just asking.

No. Real time only means your commands to the camera will change settings immediately without delay. If you call for a picture, or change a setting, it will happen when you click “save.”
