One more question, how do you download the HQ photo?

On top of the photo it states HQ photo is ready for download. Just can’t figure out how to download. I tried save image but that didn’t work.

Hit HQ and let the camera download it to your ap. There will be a Green HQ on your picture once it is complete. Once you see that green HQ, save the pic down to your device/phone. The pic saved to your phone will be the HD one. The picture viewed in the ap will still be standard def.

On the app hit the icon in the bottom left corner that has a down arrow. A message will pop up that reads "Image Saved". Then it should be in your phones camera roll.

On the browser hit the icon on the bottom right that says "download HQ". Then a separate browser window will open with the HQ image. Right click and save it to your computer there.

Thanks. I was trying that button but it is not saving to my camera roll. I may try reinstalling the app. The web portal worked though.

With the new cameras, I used the work time and turned mine off from 10 am - 4 pm and every single day once 4 pm rolls around I get a wind / heat pic, but I only get about 4-5. It is nice having it off during mid day to avoid all those pics.

Did you get the green HQ icon in the pic because if your pic still says "HQ waiting" the HQ pic, that left button will be inactive. You HAVE to have the green icon on the pic you requested first. if you were able to download it in the portal, it should be green on your app now.

Yes, it had the green banner stating HQ photo available for Download. The download button was not working. I reinstalled the app and it now works.

It’s either an 18 or 19 because it’s LTE.... I bet 19 as late in the year as we are.
