I think the E1 doesn't have the remote command where you can send the camera setting changes and live photo requests (I don't use that feature anyways).

You are correct I was able to chat withsomebody on the covert website. Should be fine for a protein feeder. If I can't find any good deals on a blackhawk I will get an E1.

Yeah, I like how they flag all the new pics. Still taking a while for the notification badge to clear after viewing the pics on my phone.

Only issue I’m seeing now- Had 80 pics this morning. Glanced at the all and it still shows 80 unread pics.

Yes. I have the same issue. Either reboot the phone or uninstall and install app fixes it for me.

Put my camera out yesterday, tested it and took a couple real time pics and everything worked fine.
Today I can’t get ANYTHING to work. Tried rebooting my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app a couple of times. Nothing!!
Clicked on the camera map and it shows the cam about 5 miles from where I put it.
This is getting aggravating!!!
Ps.. it’s about a 3 mile hike each way to get to my camera. Dang it!

Mine is not sending/taking pics. I have deer at the feeder and am not getting pics unless I do a real time pic. Seems to do it every evening. I’ll get one pic right when the deer show up and then it will be very long times between pics being sent to phone.

You can go to settings on your phone, scroll down to the Covert app, click on it, click on notifications and then turn off "badges" if you can't deal with a little red circle on your phone.

What he is saying is it won't go away sometimes. I will look at all 18 pics, then I got cameras off in middle of day and the 18 stays there until I get a new pic in the evening and it resets. Kinda bugs me also

I got that....but if he wants to cure it because he can't deal with it, I gave him an option until they fix it.

This. When you check your camera and look at all the pictures, the notification flag never goes away on mine. It will hold 18 on the app on home screen until I get a new picture come in, then it will go back to 1. It always says I have a notification, when I don't. Causes me to go check the app needlessly multiple times a day.
