Need 2 people that are willing to gamble on a hunting lease. Property is about 6-8 miles southeast of Baird tx. No power or water but camping on land is OK. Seasonal lease. 9-1-19/1-4-2020. Then Turkey season in 2020. I saw some of the property from road frontage today while riding with landowner. I know nothing about the area but know the price is right. In my opinion the land is ugly as hell. But did see multiple nice bucks. Landowner says theres plenty good deer, turkey, and dove. Hasnt seen hogs lately but has had hogs before. Im leasing multiple tracts and will put 2-3 guys on a 275 acre parcel of land with good stock ponds. Cattle on property but you wouldnt be able to tell right now with all the **** grass and weeds. $5850 total.

To be honest I think this is how they've done the lease for the past 20 years. Some hunters with 20+ years there left and the landowner is trying to find hunters to the fill the gaps. I AM gonna be a member. Different tract about 1 mile down the road. Mines 250 acres and gonna put my cousin with me. Its gonna be yalls place. I will not hunt it or we could come up with some kind of agreement on sharing. Thats up to whoever leases it.
