Browning strike force is the best....change my mind

Went to put out trail cameras a few days back and found a camera I had forgotten about. The last time I checked this camera was before Christmas. It was still going strong (40% battery life) and even took a picture of me driving up. To make it even better the dang thing had at one point been completely submerged in water when our bottom flooded.

Below are a few pictures. The 1st pic is of a wood duck floating by, 2nd pic shows just how fast the water was rising.. After that it took a picture almost every minute for the next 24 hours. The pictures were completely grey and blurry... Only thing I can think of is that it was under water Click image for larger version

I bought mine in 2015 and i t still works great. I had to replace the motion sensor lens a few weeks ago. That is it.

I have a $38 WGI camera that went under water during hurricane Harvey. It's still in the field working.

I have 12 of them in the field 24/7/365 for 4 years now and that is the same result I get from all of them. I use the Lithium batteries in them and only have to change batteries twice per year. Literally every 6 months and they are some times capturing 3000 pics in a two week period. That’s 6000 pics per month and they still perform this way.

They are absolutely amazing cameras for the price. There are cameras that do some things much better but there is no camera that does all it does, for the price and is sooooo dependable. Also the fact that they only use 6 AA batteries when almost all the rest eat up 8 batteries at a time every couple of months is a huge plus.

Dang! I have not had that kind of luck with them... I bought 4 3 years ago and I'm down to one that is still working. All fell victim to just fog/rain moisture. Of course I bought 4 new Moultrie latest and greatest last year, and NONE of them still work... Don't remember the model # but had such good luck with the old M80's I went ahead and got 4 against the reviews that insisted they were not very moisture resistant and took a lot of "heat" pics when it's hot (South Texas hot) out. Sure enough the reviews were right in both cases...

Browning is the best - no doubt about that - but even with that said - under water!!!

Share your story/pics with Browning. You're likely to get some kind of token of their appreciation.
