Random Question: Tulsi Gabbard

She is a Major in the Hawaii National Guard. If she wins the Presidential election is she still an O-5 or does she have to resign her commission? I don’t think anyone with an active commission has ran for president since MacArthur. He was a General of the Army so he technically was never retired.
