    Electric Smoker Options

Was interested in a Masterbuilt cabinet until I read some reviews.

Want something I can store inside so I dont have to fight all the bugs and critters getting in it. Want something portable and easy to clean. Something with a good thermostat too.

Not interested in a pellet grill. Whatcha got?

I have the 40" Masterbuilt and love it. Only thing I would do different is get the one without the window on front. I also got the side cold smoking attachment. I have not cold smoked anything but it makes the chips last a lot longer.

I've had both a bradley and a MS. I liked the bradley a little better as far a smoke.

I have a Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite 40” (no window) w/Bluetooth I’ll sell you

Love it but won’t have room at the new house for it. Have only done about 8 cooks on it but everything has turned out great. Bought it at Cabela’s last fall. Have done briskets, pork butts, sausage, steaks, chicken. Everything has been great and easy to cook but I think I had the temp too low on the chicken because the skin always comes out chewy

If you want one that’s portable get one with the wheels in the back. Right now I roll it from the garage out to the patio when I’m gonna smoke. My buddy has one that is on a base which is nice because it sits up higher but it’s a pain to move around. Also the A-maz-n smoker is well worth the money

They look nice, but I'd like to stay under $400. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places.

It uses wood biscuits. That's the downside to Bradley. They put off a lot of smoke at any temp but if you live in bfe like I do then your only option is to order the biscuits.

You can always get the master built and buy an amazing smoke tube to run in it. I built a smoke tube to run in mine.
