    X2 o swappingnout that small wire. Corn gonna go strait out bottom. U will ha e a small amount make it out but 80% will be under feeder. Looks good though.

        I personally wouldn’t swap out the small wire. I’d just add some tent style “shields” underneath to divert the corn. If the holes are too big to where the little bastages can get their shoulders inside they can reach a standard gate style spinner plate. That’s no bueno! If you are gonna have bigger holes I would install an Eliminator or Spintech type spinner plate.

        I had hell finding used 85gal barrels back when I had mine made. I ended up buying brand new ones at Dallas Steel Drums on Singleton Blvd. Ivanite (Barrett) here on TBH is a manager (owner?) there.
