I’d add this to my previous recommendations as well. Their Sweet Chipotle sausage is great and I’ve always appreciated their packaging.

Since you mentioned Cypress I would go with Smitty's. If you want to drive a little further I'd go with Bellville.

My only suggestion is to avoid Fishers ham, holy crap are they expensive. Took them two hogs and for the price paid I should have gotten back prime rib.
