Replaced my Rainbird controller finally. Wired in a Hunter Pro C controller. Kept getting No AC flashing. Checked voltage across AC terminations & got 27V. Scratched my head & thought something ain’t right. Finally figured it out. It helps to plug ribbon strip into power slot on the backside
