yes you could pump 5-6 guys in there, but you would not enjoy the lease as much. Pressure would shoot through the roof. Better to try to put 3 guys ont he place at a higher price than 6 at a lower. Remember, hunters all tend to start thinking I paid for a lease, I need to shoot my trophy deer, management deer every year. Everyone has good intentions when they get on place, but unless you have a very detailed management plan in place before the lease starts that states only certain deer can be killed, it will get messy. Also, 12-15k is within range for that area. Get three guys that will pay 4-5k a year. they will be happier hunters, which makes it way easier on the landowner and the deer.

I don’t hunt the area, but this seems legit.

You can have a pleasurable experience or a high turn over place. I would think most will get frustrated pretty quick and look elsewhere to hunt with a lot of pressure from higher number of hunters.

Most well managed places, that have their programs tuned in, range conditions under control, and proper age structure in the population shoot 1 trophy per 2500 acres. This takes into account the program is at its full potential.
