Yes, long runs, next to high voltage can cause issues sometimes. Probably not in this case though.

You can run cat 7 if you are worried about it, just make sure it's grounded.

Personally I would mount a Ubiquity Loco at your shop, and just shoot wirelessly to the router in your house.

It’s cat7 direct burial in 3/4” conduit.

I go to my shop to get away from the internet!!!

The internet connection is mainly to stream entertainment on the 65” TV that will get wheeled out onto the carport while drinking beer and watching the bbq. :-)
