Well we caught our limit of snapper and a few kings. But man it was super rough out there today. We had 4 of the 6 sick at some point or another including myself. A few of us even took Dramamine ahead of time. Epic Charters Unlimited is who we used and Captain Johnny Rabb and first mate Rob were awesome. I can’t say enough good things about them.

We might have to try Ryan at some point but Epic Charters Unlimited did a great job for us. Especially with so many down at times and the super rough water we had to deal with.

Lonnnngg story. I think some is chronicled here in another thread. This was 5+yrs ago.

Long story short:
He showed up something like an hour late to the dock, wouldnt answer the phone while we stood there like idiots. Finally showed up. Said one boat had broken motor several days before, other boat had a hole in it. I felt bad for him till the others guys asked me why he didnt call and let us know, instead of driving 100+miles...then he offeredd a bay trip instead. That just ticked them off more because we knew why now...

.so Im irritated but not too angry. We decline the bay trip and ask for deposit back. He says ok no problem. Following week I request money back. No return emails. No return calls. Nothing. I never once got an attitude with him. Absolute radio silence for like 2 months. Fjnally get ahold of him. He acts all nice and apologizes and says will return money. No problem. Never get money back. No return calls emails etc again. No Im getting ticked for real. You dont steal from me. Finally I file paypal claim ( deposit ws through his site via paypal thank God ). He calls me right up and says he will send the money!

Seems like it was another week or 2 ( I guess paypals process ) and finally.get deposit back.

I few years ago we booked a nearshore trip with ReelThreel. We went out with Mike and when we got to the jetties it was too rough so Mike offered to reschedule. When we got to the dock for the rescheduled trip we had to wait an hour, then some kid showed up and said Mike had sent him to take us fishing. The kid knew nothing about nearshore shark fishing.
