Was following the current 3 page thread, but Overtons is out of the camera that was on sale over the 4th of July. It was the LTE model. They have the Covert Blackhawk on sale for $284. Is that a good buy? However it’s the 12 megapixels model, so I guess it’s a 2018 year model. Also, on the other thread someone mentioned that you had to use Verizon with this model. My cell is AT&T. I really don’t understand this stuff. Does that mean I couldn’t use this model if I bought it?

Your phone service has nothing to do with it. The camera communicates off the service it's with. You download the Covert app to your phone and view pics, change camera settings, etc from there.
Verizon works best in my area so I use Verizon cams. I could use AT&T as well but know the service is sketchy at times.

Code Black= AT&T
My deer lease has better Verizon service and connection than AT&T, so I bought Blackhawks. When you buy your cameras, download the app, and then pick your plan. AT&T vs Verizon plans/$ are the same. Neither are cheaper as far as I know.
