    I wouldn’t. They’re just doing the job they’re paid to do. Give them a good review on their website or something like that is all I would do.

      I agree here. While it’s not their fault one of their employees or co-workers causes the damage, it is their job to fix it and make it right.

        I wouldn’t buy anything. Probably can’t accept it anyway. I would thank them either personally or through email.
