I thought all of the talk about Slick Tricks might be hype. In my experience they fly awesome. The exit wound from the deer I shot this season looked like a rifle bullet exit wound...it was huge.

I have shot several brand of broadheads and noticed distinctly different flight from each one with arrows shot with no helical...but shoot them with arrows fletched with alot of helical and they all flew better...some like field points, some where close....I shoot Talons because I don't have to change anything when switching from field points to broadheads, and yes the blades are usually shot after a good pass through but the replacement blades are cheap and the blood trails are impressive.....IMO ...my 2 cents

I shoot 85 grain Sonics and grim reapers for my expandables, no failers out of either very pleased with both.

Shot my dall through mess with my sonic 85 at 20 yards and didn't even know he got shot. Stood there eating corn and then raised his head as blood poored from both side and stumble about 5 feet and fell. I was sold!
