    Tundra question

So I have a family member that just bought a 19 Tundra TRD Pro and we are wondering what tire sizes you guys are running on these. He wants to go bigger but he wasn’t sure how much bigger he could go. He wants to keep the suspense stock.

Without a level kit, I think the biggest is a 32". Have heard you can go 33" with a level kit, but have not changed out my tires yet. Went with the 3-1 level kit and kept the stock wheels and tires.

This is great forum for anyone who has a tundra. There is answer to any question you have.
With a little trimming you can fit 37's on a stock truck.

Since this is a very common question :deadhorse: @Bob made a solid suggestion of having a stickied thread. I stole @csuviper' s text from this thread....

I run 33's with no rubbing, even at lock out.

I run 305/55r20 on mine. That’s the Bc Goodrich KO2. Nothing bigger will fit.

I would think 32” would fit. My wife has 34” with a 3/1 level
              Kit on her ‘18.

I have 2019 4x4 TRD Sport. Leveled in the front. I have 295/60/20R installed. Had to trim the front skid plate a little and also had to remove a small wind dam on the front of each wheel well. Not noticeable. The pic is before the level.

Man there’s a lot wider range than I figured there would be

3/1 level on my 2015. Just put new ko2 on it 275/65/20. as stated above, had to trim the skid plate just a little and remove those little wind dams in front of the tires.

If it’s actually a trd pro, and not a trd Offroad or trd sport, the pro has a higher suspension than the others it essentially is 2” higher. I ran a 295/70/18 on mine which is a 34.5” and just took mud flaps off and had no rub, alignment is key the Toyota factory alignment is not the best at least in 2016 have someone who does tundras do one and get it right

Just make sure any changes made does not invalidate his warranty.

The Pro comes with a 2” front lift with performance shocks. I installed a 2” lift on mine and can clear 285/75/17s (33.8”) with aftermarket rims with +25 mm offset. With stock offset rims, there is actually less chance of rubbing the front plastic liner behind the bumper. So 295/70/18s clear with the Pro’s 2” factory front lift.

With the factory wheels you can fit 295/70/18 on the pro. I have a 2” lift on the front of my 1794 edition using fox coil overs with +18 offset wheels and 295/55/20 tires. I had to remove the front splash guards due to slight rubbing.
