Well our ribs turned out great... We had homemade mustard potato salad, BBQ beans, and a coconut marshmallow salad... It was a feast for the two of us...

We hosted our church youth group and families this year. Smoked 3 briskets, sausage, chicken and all the fixings for 80 people. Good thing we had a bunch of hotdogs or we would have ran out if food. It was BYOFW ( bring your own fireworks) and we had a show to rival NYC.
