Another axis deer shedding thread

I’m getting lots of axis bucks at my house hitting up the corn at night I throw for them. Lots of axis bucks been calling for their does and tons of rubs on the trees in my yard. Just waiting to wake up one morning and find done sheds out there, do y’all think they should be dropping soon? Thanks

If they are rutting right now they will lowly be shedding around October/November. Although they can shed year round depending when they were born.

Yeah that’s what I have heard, they are on weird cycles

Yeah I thought they were just now getting fully back to hard horned?

Full disclosure, I am pretty ignorant to axis patterns
