Well today we finally got around to making some pork boudin out of some hogs we’ve caught recently. I’d ordered the seasoning from Cajun Blake and followed his recipe pretty close. Glad we decided to do it today cause it rained over half the day!!! Here’s some pics to see how it all went down! Thanks Cajun Blake for recipe and great seasoning!!! I’ll be ordering more soon!!!!
