Wish more people would go see a doc when their feeling WAY out.of wack. Most of us know what feeling bad feels like and what really abnormal feels like.

          Prayers up for his family.

A local well loved youth minister died while working out the other day. He was 36 and looked to be the image of physical fitness! You never know.

                He had no life insurance!

So sad. No excuse for it. Go to the hospital or call 911!!

Before everyone gets mad, I’m a medic who sees this all too often. Give up the ego and get checked out!!!

Not yet . As fast as it happened I’m thinking a heart attack . I do know his wife had been sick for a few days before he passed away. Co-worker said he told him he thought he caught he the bug she had . He just thought he had a stomach bug . No chest pains or numbness, was just feeling crappy and cold .
