Man, I miss TBH. I just can't delete it.

Since moving to VA, it just ain't the same. There is nothing like this TX based forum. I've looked. Joined several VA sites. Nothing like TBH. So I hope you all don't mind a former TX resident sticking around, even after the move back to VA.

I've thought of creating my own VA based hunting site, modeled after this site, but I just don't think I'll get the participation from Virginian's the way this site does with Texans, Texas Transplants, and Texans that moved somewhere else.

This is truly a unique site, and the Owners, Admins, Moderators and Members should be proud of what they have created, maintained, and contributed.

    All the best,
    Glenn

I know what you mean, I'm also in Va and the most interaction you will get is on the FB groups during hunting season. After that everything quiets down, At least you can kill some good deer in the state without breaking the bank.

I worked in Yorktown for a year. I loved it over there. Fishing is phenomenal. I actually miss it over there. Lol

I'm also in VA. No sites like TBH in VA that I know of.

I’m not in TX any more either (GA now) . This is and always has been the only forum I’m a member of. Welcome back!

I astonished my wife a couple weeks ago by saying TBH is one of the best things I have found since moving to Texas (I met her here, so I couldn't say BEST).

                She thinks I'm crazy.

TBH has some really great members and I’ve never met one in person that I didn’t care for. Talked to a couple on a few threads I might not care to share a campfire with but that’s how it goes in today’s internet world.

Beats the hell out of the Book of Faces that’s for sure

I know exactly what you mean!

TBH was my life blood many years ago when I lived in Iowa, Illinois, and New Mexico. Nothing better than reading all the live hunt and fishing threads to remind me of home.
