As a favor to my sister and my wife a lady that said she had the ability to communicate with people that have passed away came to my house. My nephew and my FIL had died recently and that’s why she was asked over.
I will just say that there were too many details about each person there she got correct that there was no possible way for her to know beforehand.
As far as the liberal leanings, probably some. But that’s not why she was there. She does have an infatuation with Elvis and is very upset that he hasn’t “visited” her from the other side. I wanted to tell her because he’s not dead and is living on an island in witness protection, but my wife wouldn’t let me.

Ever notice none of those folks ever say that our dead relatives are burning in hell? Lol

Psychics and mediums are REALLY good at reading people and subtly getting the clues they need from their targets without their knowing about it and also throwing out generalities that apply to just about everyone. They all range from delusional quacks who believe their own BS to wilful scam artists.

James Randi has done some amazing work debunking these scammers since the 1970s, he even has a legitimate standing offer of $1,000,000 to anyone who can display any sort of psychic talents in a verifiable manner, no one has collected on it yet.

Wouldn’t that make him a warlock, and not a witch???

I have seen about 3 seconds into the future several times, I can’t control it, but it will blow your mind if you witness it, it comes in handy hunting, not so much with the lottery I saved John Deere best mechanics life using it when I was in my twenties, I saw the tractor he had on blocks falling on top of him in my mind, I told him to slide out, I had to yell at him to make him move, he stood beside me and asked what was wrong and it crashed to the ground. I didn’t “guess” it would fall. I saw it falling in (my minds eye) best I can explain it, I cant control it, never claimed I could. I’m not a witch

Had one read my life line and look into my future in New Orleans, I asked her if I would ever sustain any major injuries and she said no, a year later I shattered my femer and broke my arm and took me pretty much a year to fully recover.. and she was supposedly a well known famous fortune teller.

I worked for one. She knew everything about everything. Past, present and future!

Due to circumstances the heaven or Hell was one of the questions. And it was answered.
And I felt the same way you do about subtle hints and generalities and I mentioned that in my original post. Some of what she said was that way. Some things were spot on and she had no way of knowing no matter what subtle hints she could have heard.

If I ever decide to go to one, I hope she’s topless and has 3 nipples

When you dabble with the occult , witches, or anything of that nature a person is asking for problems. I feel that Demons are behind most of these activities. I can here some of you laughing at the thought of Demons. But Satan was cast out of Heaven with a third of the Angels.

I worked a wreck one time and the guy told me he was a psychic. I guess he couldn't see far enough into the future to know the cow was in the road ahead of him in the blind curve. I just bit my lip and wrote it up. Included the psychic part in the narrative. Not sure if his insurance company paid off though!

I went to one off Montrose in Houston several years back. $20 ..she told me that I need to start my own business in the certain field I am in. (she went into detail I just can't say it on the greenscreen). She had nothing to say about family, health or anything else. Was only able to channel in my gift for my job. Don't know if that was her strategy to seem more realistic. But For $20 I was surprised in her accuracy.

Haters going to hate. No need to knock someone's profession. If you don't believe without ever having talked to one then it's best to be quiet. Or just go see a good one.
Problem is there are lots of fakes just scamming people.
