Thanks for posting the second pic as I can now see how the release works. Pretty simple contraption, I’ll probably build one as I have several living under my cabin.

Advertises very few "unwanted" catches.

My luck a ****** off bobcat would spring outta that thing and crawl up a leg!

My dad built this same trap 20 years ago for my brother and I to catch critters. They work great!

I'm up to 5 . . Brought it back to the lake house . . Dam thing works . . Leave em in there for a while to get their scent . . Do not let them die and have maggots, they will never go in there . .

Best trap, bar none. I’ve caught so many with mine.

Also, need to kill the food they are coming in your yard for. Most likely grubs

My mom swears by that trap.
