Interesting.
I started at A&M Commerce in ‘01 majoring in business. Transferred to Blinn for a girl and ultimately ended up at SHSU majoring in AG Biz, minoring in General Biz. After Sam I got into ranch management, then a door opened into accounting, from there into estimating remodels/new home building and then back to accounting and have been there since.
Like another stated above, should have gone into Construction Sci, but as it stands right now, I make decent money but am not happy. Wouldn’t mind a career change into oilfield sales/service, inside sales, anything that puts me out from behind a computer screen half a day or more.

I was Ag Development and actually used that degree working as a wind lease negotiator for a law firm for a few years. Then went in to the medical industry.
A bachelors today seems to be the equivalent of a HS diploma in my fathers generation.
I think a bachelors can lead anywhere. Nowadays it seems like you have to move up the path to the terminal degree to at least a masters to really focus and stand out.
