Question for Church folks...

Sounds to me like you are being called to serve somewhere else. If you can’t shake the desire to be closer to home, chances are you’re feeling it for a reason. Pray about it. Take your time. Visit a few churches. I’m willing to bet there is one that the lord is calling you to. There is probably a local church near you that needs a godly man just like you. It sounds like you could bring a lot to a church.

We went to Cleburne Bible Church when we lived there and loved the it. We moved over 60 miles away to Springtown and decided that was too far to commute. We tired several local churches and never felt comfortable with any until we visited Grace Fellowship Church in Paradise, about 30 minutes from home. I'd rather be closer, and within the town I live in, but it's not a that big a deal.
