That’s a good video
I was wondering about “matching the hatch.”
Shrimp, croaker, or mullet etc.
Hoping the water is normal by Friday

The last 2 lures that have done well for me and the guys I've fished with look nothing like the hatch.
Pumpkin truse down south has been good for me lately

Pretty hard to beat the grape with chartreause tail. Works everywhere from outlets of lakes, main dark water channels, and all around any structure. Berkeley Gulp on a popping cork is hard to beat also.

Cocaho minnows. Red with white tail and gold are the only 2 colors on my boat. Gold spoon if theres no floating grass.

Match the translucence of the bait to that of the water and the lightness or darkness of the bait to that of the bottom.
Or, throw what you think works as confidence makes as big a difference as anything.
