Day is doing great - excited to see what he can put together on the field this year. Recruiting has not lost a step at all.

How the eff Xichigan is getting all this hype is absolutely nonsense.

Must be a new car smell.

            That's better than playing tu.
How many have you won though....

You prolly shouldn’t schedule Texas, you need as many ooc easy wins for bowl eligibility

People say our schedule isn't tough enough, when pointed out that it's pretty tough you change the narrative. tu shedules the really tough competition over a 10 year period, congrats.

There is no value for TAMU to schedule tu.

TAMU is doing very well in the recruiting dept and a win vs a former rival won't help with that, but a loss could possibly hurt - so it doesn't benefit TAMU in any way.

The needle is pointing in the right direction for both programs, who knows what will really happen, but I like the classes and talent that Jimbo is putting together and I don't think he will waste it like his predecessor.

                  Interesting info

In conference win % since 2012

                  Texas 56.3%

                  TAMU 54%

Given the difference in competition between the SEC-W vs the BIG 12 I'd say the 2% isn't much of a difference.

Neither school has lit the world on fire in recent history.

There are those who would say that recent history has been the best stretch in atm history, and among the worst in Texas....but I digress.

I'm ready to get on with the footballs already.....good, bad, or otherwise.

The difference is that every Texas fan knew we sucked during that time frame (except last year). I'm surprised it's that high. The problem for ATM is they have had a lot of incredible talent and momentum and have seemingly wasted it. I think Jimbo was a great hire and they seem to have the momentum going again. I truly don't want to jinx it as I would love to see both schools really good at the same time. But what does ATM do if Jimbo doesn't pull it off? And what would be the definition of success? Winning the SEC West? Winning the conference? A trip to the playoffs? And how long do you give him? I would say anything short of seven years is unfair.

So a lose would hurt it but a win wouldn’t help?

From this Aggie...bring it back. Talk is cheap from both sides.

4* QB Haynes king commits to the Ags.

Jimbo landed his guy for 2020 and has 2021 QB lined up. Lot of people were upset about Hornsby but I think King has more upside.
