Sunday dinner. What did ya have?

Baby backs and a smoked chicken with Smart’s beans on the WSM. Don’t know what happened, but none of it was worth a ****. Smoker wouldn’t come to temperature, and the food didn’t have any flavor. Never happened before but I believe it had something to do with how I constructed the fire. Won’t do that again. Bad BBQ is a crime.

I was craving hamburgers so made it happen. Cooked in cast iron outside over hot coals. Toasted onion bun and fresh tomato from the garden. It was goood. Tots in the air fryer.

Just had chicken tacos here. Tried to go to Kroger earlier in the day but they still didn’t have power from the storm that came through so it was what I could come up with from the fridge and pantry

Home made biscuits with home made plum and blackberry jelly, eggs from the neighbors chicken and pork breakfast sausage from a pig we shot!
