Metal building estimate

Hypothetically, if a man wanted to build himself a metal shop, 12x24x10’, what would be a reasonable estimate for cost of materials in the Nacogdoches or Tyler areas? Just trying to figure out if it’s comparable to building a wood structure portable building of the same size.
