I’m not talking about crowded I’m talking about what a property that size can produce as far as bucks. Gonna be hard to manage the trophy deer with that many guns. Unless you have a large portion of the group that is very patient it could get over hunted quick.

Agree. You are getting a couple of trophy bucks a year off of that size and area. Much less I'm not dealing with double digit hunters.

We are 16 on 4800ac, I have yet to seen everyone on our lease at the same time. Groups from all over taxes. Works out no problem.

In a fantasy world, 16 hunters then a couple of guys start thinking 🤔 “oh heck my BIL and his 45yo son and his 25 yo son will be guest on thanksgiving and I hope not everyone shows up “
Then everyone shows up and bam you got 40 people messing around and mass chaos ensues that may work east of I-45 but not out this way

I don’t think I could mentally deal with 16 people on a lease. But on that size of property I bet y’all rub elbows pretty often. As far as this lease if you want it to produce good deer consistently and everyone have a solid chance I think it’s a good place for 5 to 7 people max.
