Leaving for Canada this Thursday. Anybody know if you can take uncooked meats like burger, bacon, etc., over the border? Have heard that you can’t, has to be fully cooked. I’ve called the border inspecters there several times and can’t get a human on the phone. Anybody DEFINITELY know the answer? Thanks.

I don't know the specific answer, but I can tell you on all my border crossings (driving) all of my "problems" have been associated with Agricultural Products, mainly fruit, vegetables etc. I've been personally just buying the fresh food once I get across and been eating it over there not to be brought back! ha
