While you guys were dealing with Imelda, Lorena out in the Gulf of California dumped some good rain across parts of West Texas and most of the panhandle as her remnants of subtropical moisture paraded through.

Bad timing for the cotton and corn farmers, but much needed rain ahead of duck season!

I enjoy reading CC and Johnny's information on here. The more info, the better a person can be prepared, especially living on the coast. The news media thrives on hype. Sometimes I think they want major storms to hit us.
