Rack of ribs on the smoker

    Should be done about 1:45.

Home made rub started 3 hours ago smoking. Wrapped in foil for 2 hours with Texas Star honey liqueur added. Then smoke for 1 hour with a Sweet Baby Ray’s sauce glaze. Looked awesome going into foil!!

    What’s on your grills??

Same here baby backs. Using the electric master built. Doing the 3-2-1 method and spraying with apple juice & smoking with apple wood chips. Still debating sides

Same here.. ribs. Been smoking since 9 this morning. Spritzing with apple juice every hour or so. Will go into the foil with a Salt Lick glaze (with my own ingredients added) for a couple hours. Then some deer sausage and wrapped fresh corn on the cob on the smoker while ribs are resting

Competition ribs shouldn't be "falling off the bone" but many a backyard rack will be fallin...

I'll keep that in mind if I ever enter a competition. But for now, I prefer mine to be falling off the bone.

I am working today, so I cooked a couple racks of baby backs yesterday. Leftovers for lunch today.

I just pulled the brisket I put on at 5 this morning. Internal was 203 and it probed pretty good. Fastest ive ever cooked one and didnt even wrap it. I guess it was smaller than Ive ever cooked so I didnt expect it to be done already. I also just put on 3 ears of corn, some potatoes and 10 jalapeno poppers. Guess ill start the beans shortly also.

I've got two racks of ribs, a link of sausage, 20 bacon wrapped stuffed mushrooms (buckwheat's recipe but soaked in head country), 6 corn cobs, stuffed jalps, and a pan of smarts smoked beans.
