Its straight and really flat nothing to mow around at all

I mow a 4 acre lot that is very flat and only a few obstacles. On my 52" Ferris running as fast as I can, it takes me right at 3 hours.
If you are just mowing, I'd shoot for at least $50/acre and if you're running a weedeater and blower, it'd jump up accordingly.

I wish I could get everybody together at the bar one day...Help them figure their cost/costs..Show them what it actually costs to do business in Texas...Get 'em drunk,and make 'em sign an agreement. Private tree felling is even worse.
