      I would think if you had a big enough storage and pressure tank they would let you change the licensing to a commercial well?

        Changing from a private well to a public water system (>15 RV spaces) is NOT cheap. You will be required to go through the TCEQ TROT (exception request). A public well construction and documentation requirement are much more extensive than for a private well. Also, the tankage and equipment for system operation are more extensive. It is time consuming ordeal to get through TROT for the existing well and the additional equipment needed to be considered a public water system will also add to the initial base line cost of the park.

        OP, sounds like you already know this so this is for those asking why you are limiting your spaces.

          This pretty much sums up why we’re just doing 14 and not more. We have plenty of room to expand, just want to start small in case it’s a headache. I have also checked into getting city water run out to our place since we aren’t very far. It’s about 350k. $100 per foot.
