Need Pipeline Company Recs!

I have a guy looking for a company to come install a natural gas pipeline for a company, first one being in southern Bexar County. This is a frac sand company who uses natural gas in their operations.

Pretty much all I know "We are looking at installing some pipelines from existing natural gas pipelines/operators to our new facilities in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. Do you have any contacts for some pipeline companies that will install a private pipeline? Projects would range to several thousand feet to 6 or 7 miles. "

We have used UPI for pipe in the Houston Ship Channel area. They did ours turn key (design, survey, ROW, install, prove, commission) and to the specs of the private gas line we tied in to. We have contracted the O&M on the pipe to the owners of the line we tied in to so it was critical that we met their internal specifications. Nothing but good experiences with them.
