Great customer service. I messed up an left pellets in mine outside in rain and tore apart the auger motor trying to free the auger. They sent me a new motor and auger no questions asked for free. Works like a charm even leaves a good smoke ring

Have the Austin xl. Great grill. We do just about everything on it. Pizzas are great. If you get one follow the instructions on cleaning and start ups.

I have the 820D and the Tailgater. Love them both.

I'm slow smoking some sausage for a large pot of beans on lunches next week. On the smoke setting it runs about 200 and comes out great. You can turn up the heat and open the deflector for some direct heat and that grilled finish.

Makes me think why bother smoking my sausage. Just stuff bag and freeze.

This is about 30 minutes in.

I got the Austin XL two weeks ago. So far I’ve only done a short trial with a meatloaf for 3-4 hours but it seemed to work pretty good. Temp probes showed a few hot spots on the left and right sides

I smoked a brisket on mine yesterday and it turned out great. No complaints here.
